Description

Conference Facility, Lodging, Meals, and Audio Visual/Administrative Equipment Support, for a Conference to be held, 8-10 May 2012 in Guatemala City, Guatemala, with intial event sponsors arriving 4 May 2012 and sponsors and attendees departing 11 May 2012. Hotel must be capable of passing US Army Security and Health Inspections before award of the contract. For event details on confernce space, number of room, meals, and a/v and administrative support equipment see the solicitation. It is contemplated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 23 March 2012, and remain open for a minimum of five business days. At the posting of this synopsis funding had not been made available. An award will only be made if funding has been certified.
