- Per Amendments 0005 & 0006 to referenced Solicitation, the following changes have been done: 1- Ring, Retaining (12956283); and Pin, Spring (6650755) can be procured competitively using their respective Vendor Item Control Drawings. Even though the Vendor Item Control Drawing mentions various "Suggested Sources" for the manufacture of these two components, they can be manufactured by; and/or procured from; any qualified source, including those mentioned in the VICD. While the drawings are not fully dimensioned, they provide enough information to manufacture an item that will meet the requirements for use in the end product (assembly). 2- Amend Clause A12A02 - 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executives Orders - Commercial Items (NOV 2011) FAR [Page 18, Right Column] Since this procurement is 100% Small Business Set Aside, DELETE the following: (21) 52.219-27, Notice of Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside (NOV 2011) (15 U.S.C. 657F). (24) 52.219-30, Notice of Set-Aside for Women-Owned Small Business Concerns Eligible Under the Women-Owned Small Business Program (NOV 2011) 3- New closing date: 2012 APRIL 14; 1:00 PM EST 4- All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. 5- Vendors are encouraged to post, review and/or update their bids, and ensure that it meets the requirements mentioned above. 6- If you need copies of Amendments 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004, 0005, and 0006; please contact Pedro J.
