- The NATO Consultation, Command, and Control Agency (NC3A) is seeking information regarding the availability of Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) or Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software to meet the following requirements: to provide a database capability to ISAF SIGINT/Electronic Warfare Operations Centers (SEWOCS) for SIGINT information, to provide a data query and visualization capability for this information (including geo display and link analysis), and to report generation and other SIGINT-specific functionality. For a Summary of Requirements, please see the NC3A bulletin board: https://industry.nc3a.nato.int/suppliers/Pages/bb.aspx The reference for this Market Survey Request is MS-CO-13465-OPL, and all correspondence concerning this matter should reference this number. Responses to the survey should be sent directly to NC3A. (Do NOT send your response to the Department of Commerce.) Responses should include the name of your firm, telephone number, e-mail address, point of contact, and a short UNCLASSIFIED description of the capability available and its functionalities, including any restrictions (e.g. export controls) for direct procurement of the capability by NC3A. Non-binding product pricing information is also requested.
