- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The services furnished under this contract shall consist of a pre-work conference, and the contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, and services to provide, place, empty, clean/or repaint refuse containers listed below at Clinton Lake, near Lawrence, Kansas, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the collection, transportation, and disposal of refuse and shall obtain such permits, licenses or other authorizations as may be required.
