- Description
- This is a presolicitation notice for the procurement repair services for the Coast Guard's RT-5000 system components. The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award to Cobham Avionics, dba Wulfsberg Electronics Division, Orchard Park, NY, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), for repair of RT-5000 system components on an "as-required" basis. The Coast Guard intends to award one (1) requirements-type contract with firm-fixed prices for a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods, renewable annually at the Government's discretion. National Stock Numbers and estimated annual quantities are as follows: 1680-01-HS1-6475, est. quantity of 40 per year; 5826-01-HS1-7513, Est. quantity of 57 per year; 5821-01-HS1-8322, Est. quantity of 43 per year; 5895-01-475-4764, Est. Quantity of 58 per year; 5821-01-474-2547, Est. Quantity of 52 per year; 1560-01-HS1-9043, Est. Quantity of 58 per year. The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it provide specifications, drawing or data of any kind to support parties, other than the OEM in pursuit of this requirement. Interested parties, other than the OEM must provide evidence of a repair certification from the OEM. Only written requests for the solicitation will be honored. Requests must be submitted to the attention of Nancy Deberry, Contracting Officer via email at Nancy.Deberry@uscg.mil not later than 4:00 pm EST, 9 April 2012.
