Description
Contractors MUST comply with DFARS provision 252.209-7999. Contractors must fill out the attached provision and return to the POC in the Combined/Synopsis Solicitation when responding with a quote to this combined synopsis/solicitation. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation Number: F1S0AE2046B007 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation also uses the simplified acquisition procedures contained in Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-54 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20111207. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement (ii) price. NAICS is 335931 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), at Edwards AFB, CA is seeking potential sources capable of providing the following BRAND NAME OR EQUAL requirement for StacoSystems' Series 90 Pushbutton switch assemblies.
