- Solicitation Package This Solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached and shall be filled out completely and submitted by the 29-March-2012, at 3:00 pm (EST). Late submittals will NOT be accepted or reviewed. Along with the attached solicitation for submittal, the offeror must also submit a specifications sheet detailing the ability to meet the specified requirements. The final items to be delivered are (4) four narrow linewidth kW-class amplifiers. The key requirements are contained within the attached solicitation. All delivery dates and related information are also contained within the solicitation package. Clause 52.212-2 is incorporated within the solicitation and details how offers will be evaluated for award consideration. Any offeror wishing to be considered for this award must be registered in CCR ( www.ccr.gov ). Contractor shall comply with commercial and industry standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and procedures.
