- Please note that this is an amendment to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation #VA243-12-Q-1097 posted on March 22, 2012. This amendment is to add a site visit date, time and location and to change the response date. A site visit has been scheduled for April 2, 2012 at 10:00am, located 130 W. Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468. Please meet Mr. Richard Beutel in the main building on the ground floor, room Gc-102. The response date has been changed from March 30, 2012 at 2:00PM to April 5, 2012 at 2:00PM. The Network Contracting Office at the Department of Veterans Affairs is currently seeking Small Business firms with the ability to provide "Maintenance and Repairs of Computer Room A/C Units" at the James J. Peter VA Medical Center located at 130 W. Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, New York, 10468. Equipment/Model number are APC FM50MAKAESD, S/N XK0723000150 & APC FM50MAKAESD, S/N XK0723000149. The vendor will be responsible for but not limited to; two scheduled semi-annual maintenance visits and on site remedial repair service. All parts and labors. APC recommended service procedure. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 238220. The firms will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective services for the equipment. Firms desiring consideration shall email directly to the Contracting Officer referencing the following in the subject field, "Maintenance & Repair of Computer Room A/C Units", then contain the following information within the body of the email, name of firm, complete address, phone and fax number of contact. Please review and complete attached Solicitation/RFQ #: VA243-12-Q-1097. All Solicitation/RFQ's from interested parties must be received by 2:00 PM on April 5, 2012 through email address as follows, Charnell.Cunningham@va.gov or by fax (718) 741-4722.
