Description

Synopsis and Solicitation The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Patuxent River, MD intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name basis with SIERRA NEVADA CORPORATION, under the authority of FAR Part 12, 13 and 52.211-6. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract; go to www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm to register. All proposals received by the closing date of Friday, March 30, 2012 by 5 PM (EST) may be considered by the Government. Award is expected April 3, 2012. The government will not pay for any information received. Offerors may submit proposals via via email. Please send to the attention of the Contracting POC above, by the closing date. Substitutions, pre-owned or refurbished and alternate items will not be accepted; quote all or none. Delivery must be made by 21 September 2012. Quotes must be valid for 30 days.
