- This acquisition is to obtain a Firm-fixed price contract for the purpose of repairing NOUN: Hydraulic Motor Pump; NSN: 1650-00-450-4819UC; PART NUMBER: 953004-5-1; which is applicable to the C-5 Aircraft. The contract will consist of a Basic plus four ordering periods. The quantity for the Basic Ordering Period will be 1 - 15 each; for Ordering Period One the quantity will be 1 - 11 each, and for Ordering Periods Two through Four the quantity will be 1 - 8 each. DELIVERY: 30 days ARO. TRANSPORTATION: F.O.B. Origin. Any interested parties/vendors must submit a (Source) pre-qualification package to Erin C. Rowe, Contract Specialist, erin.rowe@robins.af.mil. Estimated solicitation issue date is 12 April 2012. Estimated response date is 14 May 2012. This solicitation will be issued as a request for proposal (RFP). Full and Open Competition. No telephone requests. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. Award will be made only if the Offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation.
