- Description
- The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office intends to award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to UES, Inc., 4401 Dayton Xenia Road, Dayton, OH 45432. The ERDC Topographic Engineering Center (TEC) has a requirement to use UES as a sole source to satisfy Agency requirements to purchase Silver-Human Air and Water Quality Sensor (HAWQ) Geospatial Wirelessly Networked Weather, Biological and Radiological Sensing system units to support CONUS and OCONUS Water Treatment and Handling Team under the Logistics Equipment Business Area of the US Army RDECOM and the Marine Corps Forces Experimentation Center Pacific (MARFORPAC). UES is the only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to Robyn.D.Wells@usace.army.mil with solicitation number referenced in subject line no later than 4:00 PM CST on April 6, 2012. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
