- ITEM 1 AND 2 UPDATES Item number 1. 8010-00-160-5787 and 2. 8010-00-160-5788 will be transferred from the GSA Stock Program to the Special Order Program where ALL orders will be direct delivery to a specific end user. The change will take effect June 1, 2012. Item numbers 1 and 2 will be awarded solely based upon the FOB Origin price as all orders will now be direct delivery to a specific end user. ONLY THE FOB ORIGIN PRICING WILL BE UTILIZED FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES FOR ITEM 1 AND ITEM 2.
