The solicitation package of W91QF0-12-R-0005 will be released to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website rather than contacting the POC directly for this package. The solicitation is anticipated to be released on or about 30 March 2012. It is the contractors responsibility to monitor the website for the siiuance of the RFQ as well as any amendments to the solicitation.
