- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for Hotel Rooms and Conference Rooms with Audiovisual Support. The hotel needs to be within one hundred and thirty kilometer (130 km) radius from the Munich International Airport. The period of performance is from: 29 April - 05 May 2012 (attendees will depart their rooms on the morning of 05 May 2012.) Requirements details are described in the attach performance work statement.
