- RETURN PACKAGE - submit offers using this package Request For Quotation (keep as reference) The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, Black Mesa Ranger District has a requirement for Construction of an Elk Fence Exclosure. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) format with Firm Fixed-Price will be used for this procurement. Site Visits are encouraged as this project is located in a remote section of the Forest. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business size standard (NAICS - 238990) for this project is $14.0 Million. The project range is: below $25,000. The solicitation packages, plans, and specifications will be made available online today and will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. You may request solicitation packages in writing to Margaret Cisco (mcisco@fs.fed.us) on or after April 2, 2012. No RFQ packages will be mailed out once there is less than 10 days to the Closing Date. All offers must conform to the requirements in the solicitation package. Payment will be made by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Contractors shall be registered in Federal Vendor Databases (CCR / ORCA) and have DUNS / FEIN (TIN) numbers at time of award. The Closing Date for responses to the RFQ shall be APRIL 26, 2012, 3:30 p.m., Mountain Standard Time. The State of Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time.
