- Bid Packet SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY ResCare Inc., Operator of Guthrie Job Corps Center, is seeking to Subcontract for Optometric Services. Provides for comprehensive eye exams to be performed by an optometrist for students as may be required by the Guthrie Job Corps Center. Once refractive status has been determined, eyeglass frames will be provided from a pre-set group of styles. Subcontractor must provide at least 3 groups of frames at varying price ranges to be selected by Guthrie Job Corps Center Staff as a selection for students to choose from. Plastic single vision lenses to include anti-scratch coating and UV coating. Number of students needing vision care each week will be approximately 8. Period of performance for this Agreement extends July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. Contract value: $50,000 - $75,000. Location: Work is to be performed at Optometrist's Office at a location within 5 miles from the Center, 3106 W University, Guthrie OK.
