- Wage Rates Synopsis F.A.R. Service Clauses This Solicitation is for an onsite OSHA and ANSI/ASME Grove 30 Ton Mobile Crane Operator Competency Training Program for five personnel. Program shall consist of classroom and hands-on instruction and shall include written testing and hands-on evaluation. Attendees should receive a student manual and related handouts. Training aids, videos, copyright protected manuals, and tests should be used in each the training program. Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Competency Card shall be issued for each attedee. Period of Performance: August 6 2012 - August 10 2012
