Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice is for Commercial Item Services to determine if there are Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOB); Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), SBA certified 8a participant, or HUBZone Small Business under NAICS 238330 Flooring Contractors. Work consists of the removal and disposal of existing carpet, and furnish and installation of new carpet at the Centennial Job Corp Center, located at 3201 Ridgecrest Drive, Nampa, Idaho. Work shall be accomplished during student summer break from June 29 through July 13, 2012. Base Items are for Educational Building with Option Items for the Mens Dormitory and Womens Dormitory. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice will help establish set-aside criteria for this procurement. Offers who intend to submit a proposal for this solicitation must submit their information by email to: rloper@fs.fed.us or by FAX (208) 765-7229 for receipt by 4:00 p.m. (pacific), April 6, 2012. Your submission must include (1) a positive statement of your intention to submit a proposal for this solicitation, (2) a clear description of your experience performing similar projects and (3) provide your DUNS number and socio-economic status.
