- PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This requirement is for a Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to furnish labor, materials, tools, equipment and qualified supervision necessary to accomplish each task order assigned under this contract. Task orders will vary in size and dollar amounts. Task orders will involve the following disciplines: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, asphalt & concrete paving, roofing, excavation, interior renovation, window& door installation, painting & stucco, demolition, masonry, fire protection, construction and telecommunications. This contract shall not include medical facilities engineering support services, such as utility plant operation, custodial, grounds maintenance and similar work. No task order will include Architect-Engineer (A/E) services, however, shop drawings and as-built drawings shall be provided by the contractor. Place of performance is the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital, located in Hines, Illinois.
