- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to award a FFP sole-source purchase order to L-3 Communications Corporation, Narda Satellite Networks, 435 Moreland Road, Hauppauge, New York 11788 for AN/USC-60A FTSAT Extension Kits. This purchase is not suitable for full and open competition for the following reason: Only extension kits from L-3 Communications can be used in conjunction with the AN/USC-60A satellite terminal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to award this proposed purchase order, based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Delivery will be FOB Destination to NSWC PCD, 110 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407. NAICS Code 517410 applies. Size standard is $15M. FSC is 5820.
