- NSN: 7920-00-514-2417 (IPD Dated 3/08/12) This solicitation is for the procurement of Brush, Acid Scrubbing, NSN 7920-00-514-2417 under a Standing Quote Agreement (SQA). Please see the attached solicitation for a complete description of this NSN (pages 4-6). Award will be made item-by-item (Per NSN). Offerors must meet the conditions listed in the solicitation and award will be made based on the lowest evaluated price, technically acceptable offer.
