- Market Survey for thirteen 5120 QPL Hand Tools The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquistion Service (FAS) Heartland Global Supply Center is in the process of preparing a formal solicitation for FSC 5120 QPL Hand Tools.Heartland Global supply intends to establish a fixed price, indefinite quantity one year Requirements type contract fot the period of 12/3/2012 or DOA (whichever comes last) to 11/28/13. The contract will have four one year options. Requirements are for 13 5120 QPL Hand Tools. These NSN's are part of GSA's Stock Program. Estimated quantities will appear in the Schedule of Items. Pricing is not required in your response to this notice. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment Clause. Delivery will be FOB Destination within the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. The solicitation is scheduled to issue on or about April 30, 201 and will be posted on Fed Biz Ops. Submit cover page and vendor questionaire only to Attn: Jeani Vohs to email jeaniray.vohs@gsa.gov or FAX to 816-926-7182 by 4/16/2012. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment clause.
