- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VAMC Boston has a requirement for services associated with Extracorporeal Shock Wave Stimulated Periosteum for Bone Reconstruction. Sources are sought who have the technical and logistical resources to provide these services. Submit a capabilities statement (include your website) to cheri.wicks@va.gov no later than April 16, 2012. Provided below is a draft (subject to revision) Schedule of Deliverables for the required services. TwoProcurement of specified tissues (3 per goat) from the 20 goats that have undergone shock wave treatment.60 tissues in containers containing formalin fixativeWithin 300 calendar days after award. ThreeMicroscope slides (3 per tissue sample) with histological sections of the tissues in Task Two.180 microscope slides.Within 300 calendar days after award.
