- This is a synopsis/ pre-solicitation notice. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia Site intends to solicit, on a 100% small business set-aside basis, a Temperature/ Humidity Chamber with Walk-in Modular Construction. Complete specifications for this procurement will be located in the solicitation. The solicitation is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. This buy will be conducted using simplified acquisition procedures pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334516. Upon its release, the solicitation will be made available electronically at www.neco.navy.mil. A hard copy of the solicitation will not be made available. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award. See www.ccr.gov for further information and instructions. The solicitation is expected to be released within 15 days of this posting. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the solicitation.
