- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing a solicitation for a Job Order Contract (JOC) to support the construction, alteration and repair of industrial, commercial and utility projects at FBI facilities located in Washington, DC, Quantico, VA, and West Virginia. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside requirement. The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $33.5 Million. This is a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for multi-traded maintenance, repair, alternation, and minor new construction at predetermined by individual FFP (Firm Fixed Price) Task Orders predicated on a performance-based scope of work. The typical project is expected to be in the $3,000 to $50,000 range (smaller and larger projects will also be considered within the range of $2,000 to $500,000). Pricing of each Task Order is determined by applying the R.S. MEANS "total including O&P" unit pricing, R.S. MEANS Location Factor adjustment, and the appropriate Contractor's Coefficient factor (and Multiplier if applicable). Non pre-priced tasks will be negotiated using the method described herein and multiplied by the Coefficient Schedule (and Multipliers if applicable). The Contractor shall include all project management, planning, estimating, labor, transportation, materials, equipment, tools, supervisor, design, and all other associated costs necessary to fulfill the requirements of each Task Order. Preparation of Contractor proposal and Task Order performance shall require managing and coordinating of numerous projects simultaneously. All costs associated with preparing proposals shall be the responsibility of the contractor. The FBI intends to make multiple contract awards to vendors. The period of performance for this contract will be one (1) base year and four (4), one (1) year options. Delivery and/or performance periods shall be specified in individual task orders.
