- Description The 366th Contracting Squadron is seeking potential sources interested in proposing on an anticipated acquisition for all labor, equipment, materials, oversight and direction to remove building 2427 in its entirety, restore the surface to match adjacent property at Mountain Home Air Force Base, ID. Asbestos and lead based paint containing materials are expected to be encountered in this project. A full design including drawings, specifications, environmental sampling report, and initial bid schedule will be provided in addition to a Statement of Work at the time of soliciting. All construction or demolition shall conform to the applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (U.F.C.), Air Force Instructions (AFI), and Mountain Home AFB Architectural Compatibility Standards available on the web at: http://www.nws.usace.army.mil/PublicMenu/Doc_list.cfm?sitename=Design&pagename=aces). The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified sources. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price with a magnitude between $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Work to be performed under the contract will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 238910 - Site Preparation Contractors. "NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds have been reserved but are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs." If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies: 1. Relevant past performance with work completed in the past three years, to include dollar value. 2. Bonding limits of your firm. 3. Point of contact including phone number, physical address and e-mail address. 4. Size status and/or SBA certification program of your firm (8(a), small business, service disabled veteran owned small business, women owned small business, HUBZone business, or small disadvantaged business). 5. Positive statement of interest to submit a proposal.
