Description

NAICS 238990-Replace/install concrete at four locations: US Border Stations in Ambrose, Dunseith, St. John, and Pembina, North Dakota. Replace approximately 735 square feet of concrete at US Border Station in Ambrose, ND; replace approximately 700 square feet of concrete and install 144 square foot tank pad at US Border Station in St. John, ND; replace approximately 800 square feet of concrete and two 4'x7' steps at US Border Station, Pembina, ND; and install approximately 2000 square feet of new concrete at US Border Station in Dunseith, ND. Security clearances are required for all workers. Solicitation packages will be available on April 19, 2012. Work to be completed in 60 days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is $100,000 to $250,000. Payment bond is required. This solicitation may be available on the internet http://www.fbo.gov. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. This procurement is set-aside for small business.
