Description
DHS Form 11000-6 NDA Management Directive 11042 1 Safeguarding For Official Use Only Information This is a Special Notice referencing RVSS Upgrade Pre-Solicitation number HSBP1012R0027 dated January 17, 2012. All future updates to the RVSS Virtual Reading Room, if any, will be posted under this Special Notice. All instructions posted under Pre-Solicitation number HSBP1012R0027 sections entitled, Instructions for Access to the Virtual Reading Room, Instructions, Multiple Requests for Access to Downloaded Documents, Questions, and Attachments Related to Virtual Reading Room Instructions continue to apply. ATTENTION CBP has been notified that a document posted to the CBP RVSS Virtual Reading Room may contain information considered to be commercial/trade secret information. CBP has also identified one other document which contains similar information. In order to withdraw access to those two documents, CBP has withdrawn access to the entire Reading Room posted at www.fbo.gov under pre-solicitation notice HSBP1012R0027. As soon as practicable, CBP will re-post the documents, as well as, additional instructions on www.fbo.gov. The following two documents have been removed from the Reading Room and will not be re-posted: (1) "80' Monopole Dwgs.pdf" and (2) "80 Foot Monopole Spec's V1.0.pdf" If you have accessed, viewed, or downloaded either or both of the two documents listed above, CBP requests that you immediately delete and/or destroy any copies of those documents, and notify Contract Specialist Marty Hollander at samuel.hollander@dhs.gov when you have done so. CBP maintains a list of individuals who have accessed, viewed, or downloaded these documents. To ensure that all parties have taken the above action, CBP will be contacting those individuals directly to request that they immediately delete and/or destroy any copies of those documents, and self-certify in writing to CBP that they have done so. RVSS VIRTUAL READING ROOM UPDATES AND CHANGES - 7TH POSTING The Government has deleted 2 documents from the RVSS Virtual Reading Room. The most recent versions of documents previously included in secure document packages 1 - 6 are all now available in the "RVSS VIRTUAL READING ROOM 7" secure document package. Please note that all prior versions of all other documents, which were included in the original Reading Room, will not be included in the new Reading Room. Only the current versions of all documents are included. CBP has made no other changes to the documents or to the folders. Therefore, vendors with access to the "RVSS VIRTUAL READING ROOM 7" secure document package have access to all available current Virtual Reading Room information. To reflect the deletion of the 2 documents, an updated list of documents can be found in the INDEX OF DOCUMENTS located in the "RVSS VIRTUAL READING ROOM 7" secure document package. Within the INDEX OF DOCUMENTS found in the "RVSS VIRTUAL READING ROOM 7" secure document package, folders highlighted in yellow have been updated since the "RVSS VIRTUAL READING ROOM 6" secure document package was posted on March 19, 2012. INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCESS TO THE RVSS VIRTUAL READING ROOM 7 SECURE DOCUMENT PACKAGE Only vendors fulfilling both of the following requirements can obtain access to the RVSS VIRTUAL READING ROOM 7 secure document package: 1. Vendors with previous access to RVSS Virtual Reading Room secure document packages 1 - 6; and 2. Vendors who have sent the self-certification required in the "ATTENTION" section above to Marty Hollander at samuel.hollander@dhs.gov. CBP will not entertain any new requests for explicit access or any additional requests to (1) add individuals to the list of people who can view the documents on a "need to know" basis or (2) change the individual that each organization has assigned the responsibility of downloading documents from www.fbo.gov. Specific, or "explicit" access to the "RVSS VIRTUAL READING ROOM 7" secure document package must be requested by the individual each organization has assigned the responsibility of downloading documents. To request explicit access to the secure document package, that individual must (1) log on to their FEDBIZOPS account (2) find Special Notice HSBP1012R0027_Virtual_Reading_Room (3) click on the "RVSS VIRTUAL READING ROOM 7" secure document package link at the top right of the screen and (4) request explicit access to the secure document package. Subsequently, email notification will be sent to CBP and access will be granted as soon as practicable if all pre-conditions for access have been met by the vendor. QUESTIONS Questions regarding procedures for gaining access to the documents in the virtual reading room shall be sent to OTIARVSSUPGRPRGM@cbp.dhs.gov with "Question regarding virtual reading room" in the subject line. Address: The work for this project will be performed within the continental United States, and on tribal lands. The initial site installation will be within the state of Arizona. Upon successful acceptance by the Government of the initial Area of Responsibility (AoR), priced options may be exercised for work to be performed at additional sites in Arizona and Texas., United States
