Description

27. For the training courses listed in the Solicitation that run from 1.0 to 4.0 hours, does the NIH plan on issuing task orders for a combination of classes that when combined, represent a normal 8-hour work day, or must the contractor price out individual courses on a stand alone basis, ie. assuming that on any given day only a single under 8-hr. class will be delivered? - The NIH intends to award task orders on a quarterly basis. In it, those 1 to 4 hour classes may be included; however may or may not be performed on the same day. Courses to be held will in that task order will be coordinated with the contractor well in advance to the course being performed. The couses are to be priced out individually on a stand alone basis. 28. In regards to the solicitation, can you please tell me if the following CLIN Items require certifications or just the required numbers of hours in training: CLIN 0002 - Bucket Op Training CLIN 0014 - Hoist & Crane Rigger Training CLIN 0015 - Hoist & Crane Inspection Training CLIN 0016 - KubotaTunnel Cart Training - Only training with OSHA requirements require certification. The other training requires the number of hours of training as indicated in this solicitation.
