- Brand Name Letter to Boston Scientific This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FM442720950866. Requirement Description: Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order for a INCEPTA VR HE DF4 with the ventricular lead RELIANCE G DF4. Qty = 1 EA The requirement is as follows.
