- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-12-T-0055 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 8 Apr 2012. In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.202(12). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. The North American Industrial Classification System coder is 811310. This procurement constitutes CLINs 0001, 0002, and 0003. Required Service and Descriptions are as follows: CLIN 0001: Preventative Maintenance Services of the Hurst Equipment CLIN 0002: Per Diem and Travel Related Expense. CLIN 0003: Reimbursable Parts The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government considering price and other factors. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. Solicitation will be available on or after 8 Apr 2012.
