Linear Stages, High Resolution Specifications with Drawing. SLAC seeks vendors that can provide the following: 1. (Qty 3) *Linear Stage, 13mm travel, Vacuum, Stepper - Prepared for HV vacuum, 10-7 mbar - Phytron VSS25 vacuum motor - Linear encoder resolution of 50nm - Ball screw drive, 1mm pitch, with integrated motor within stage body to minimize size (100mm l x 100mm w x 31mm h) - Non-anodized stage body - HV vacuum lubricant - 1.5 meter cable with ETFE Teflon wires or Kapton wires for radiation resistance for motor, and ETFE Teflon wires for encoder. - Vented screws.
