Aviation Blvd., Suite 2142-A8, EI Segundo, California, 90245-2808 Contracting Officer Maria Jimenez, SMC/PKJ, 310-653-9518 General Information Point of Contact Shaneka Perryman, SMC/PKJ, 310-653-9484 Description Classification Code: 18 - Space Vehicles Remote Control Systems NAICS Code: 517919 -- All other telecommunications [Size Standard: $25 Million] Solicitation #: FA8808-12-R-0002 Notice #: 12-60 Procurement Type: Solicitation The Space and Missile Systems Center, MILSATCOM Directorate (SMC/MC) at Los Angeles Air Force Base, California is releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Command and Control System-Consolidated (CCS-C) Production and Sustainment (CPASC) Contract today, 09 Apr 2012. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 517919. Widest industry participation is highly encouraged. The CCS-C system provides integrated MILSATCOM command and control in support of the Defense Satellite Communication System (DSCS), Milstar, Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF), and Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) satellite families. Capabilities include mission activity and maneuver planning, telemetry processing, commanding, orbit and attitude management, resource management, space vehicle and ground system simulation, security, support planning and execution, training, and testing. Satellite state-of-health operations include launch, early orbit, on-orbit, anomaly resolution, disposal, and backup operations. Proposals are due by 24 May 2012 by 4:00pm, which is forty-five (45) days from the date the RFP was issued. All of the RFP documents are located in the CPASC Bidder's Library. Interested contractors should ensure they have access to the Bidder's Library prior to RFP release. Contractors may request access to the Bidder's Library by emailing the CPASC workflow at: mcc.cpasc.workflow@losangeles.af.mil and must obtain and sign a Non-disclosure Agreement prior to being granted access to the Bidder's Library. All information in the Bidder's Library is at the unclassified level.
