Description

Revised Government Response to SQ41 - Pre-Solicitation Conference Updated: 9 April 2012 1. The purpose of this notice is to update the government's response to question SQ41 (see attachment). Please disregard the previous answer provided on 2FEB12. This response is for planning purposes only. Additional revisions to the KC-46 ATS RFP documents may or may not affect this response and the KC-46 ATS RFP shall take precedence over information provided in response to the Pre-Solicitation Conference and/or Draft RFP documents. 2. The Government has received comments/questions from multiple members of industry since posting an updated Draft RFP on 28FEB12. The Government has reviewed all industry's recommendations, notices of inconsistencies, lack of clarity and other feedback; however, per the FBO narrative posted with that update on 28FEB12, the Government will not reply. If warranted the Government has made appropriate changes to the RFP documents. If feasible, the Government may release another updated draft RFP prior to release of the RFP.
