- Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision and expertise necessary for a Simplified Acquisition Task Order (VAST), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for minor construction at the Little Rock division of the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System. Each construction project will be awarded by an individual task order issued against the basic contract and specifying work in support of real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction. The dollar magnitude is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000. The NAICS is 236220 applies and size standard is $33.5 Million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Only verified SDVOSB firms are eligible to submit an offer or receive an award of a VA contract that is set-aside for SDVOSB in accordance with VAAR Part 819. A non-verified vendor that submits a bid or proposal will be rejected as non-responsive. To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following websites: Those desiring to receive an award from this solicitation must be registered at www.vetbiz.gov. You must register as Interested Vendor at the fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in www.fedbizopps.gov To Receive Notification for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the fedbizopps website.
