- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The West Virginia Air National Guard located at Charleston, WV and the USPFO for West Virginia intends to aw ard a single, firm fixed price contract to perform and complete the Construct Cryogenics (LOX/LIN) Storage Area at the West Virginia Air National Guard, 1679 Coonskin Drive Charleston, West Virginia, 25311-5000 for the 130th Airlift Wing in Charleston, West Virginia. Work shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications. Failure to submit an offer on all items shall result in rejection of the bid. This project is being solicited as Small Business Set-aside to contractors w ho have a contractor's license registered in West Virginia. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310. Construction project magnitude is betw een $100K and $500K. Persons who intend to submit a bid are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-bid conference and site visit. See Section 00100 for location date and time.
