Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs - NCO 20 American Lake Division, intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract under FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source, to The City of Portland, Portland, OR for emergency radio access to the City of Portland owned 800 MHz 2-way radio system. As part of the National Emergency Communications Plan (NECP), this provider is the only source available for the 800 MHz SMR band in this municipality. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 922120. There is no size standard for this NAICS subsector.
