- The purpose of this requirement is to seek a qualified contractor to provide a complete time and material contract. Contractor is to provide access road repair services on a time and materials basis at the Roanoke VOR access road located in Ft Lewis Mountain, Virginia This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside offered to all qualified, responsive concerns. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award this contract as soon as possible. The period of performance is estimated to begin on/or about 21 May 2012 through 30 June 2012. All companies submitting a proposal must be currently registered and active in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Data Base at http://www.ccr.gov before an award can be made. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237319; Highway, Street, Bridge Construction, the size standard is $33.5 Million. Offers are due on May 4, 2012 by 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). Email all offers to myrtle.blankenship@faa.gov or mail to the appropriate address listed in the solicitation by the due date.
