- Description
- As posted in the Source Sought Synopsis HSCG40-12-S-00011, entitled; "Folding Boom Cranes with Hydraulic Power Units and Control Stations" dated 01/23/2012, the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, LRE Product Line, will be issuing a solicitation to replace the Over Head Traveling Crane on the National Security Cutter. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price, Requirements contract will be awarded using the procedures outlined in FAR Part 12.203. It is the Government's intent to solicit this requirement under NAICS 333923. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps on or about April 17, 2012. This date is estimated at best, and it is the contractor's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps on a regular basis for the solicitation and any amendments. All questions regarding this notice shall be submitted, in writing, to: jennifer.r.blount@uscg.mil, by the closing date of the notice.
