- The MICC Joint Base Myer -Henderson Installation Contracting Office intends to negotiate an 8(a) sole source procurement, in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637 (a) (1) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.8. The intent is to award 8 sole source procurement to Agro Landscape Consultants, Inc. to support the grounds maintenance requirement on Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, VA and Fort McNair, D.C. The contract services are necessary due no current grounds maintenance service contract in place. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and the Government does not intend to accept proposals received. Award will be made following the publication of this notice. This will be a firm-fixed price contract with one (1) year base period and one (1) twelve (12) month option periods. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to the email address stated herein, Attn: Richard L. Taylor.
