Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO LEASE SPACE USING OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The U.S. Government currently occupies 3,559 rentable square feet. The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award an expansion to the exixsting lease using other than full and open competition for the Transportation Security Administration in Tampa, Florida at the Tampa International Airport. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 5,036 ANSI/BOMA office area and zero (0) adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by April 18, 2012. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
