- Dynetics Technical Services, Inc. (DTS) is issuing a NASA Emergency, Sole Make andModel, Competitive Procurement Request For Quote (RFQ) without discussion or announcednotice of award. Hiden Analytical, Inc. equipment only, no Or Equal or Substitutions willbe acceptable. Hiden Analytical Quantitative Gas Analyzer equipment is needed byEnvironmental Controls and Life Systems (ECLSS) Test Team to support new requirements forAdvanced Exploration Systems (AES) test beds. This NASA project is managed at MarshallSpace Flight Center (MSFC) AL. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested per theattached Request for Quotation (RFQ) and are located in the attached files which includeRepresentations and Certifications, Dynetics Technical Services, Inc. (DTS) Terms andConditions and Equipment Lists. Also, attached is a Vendor Profile form to be completedif no contracts between vendor and DTS have been previously awarded. Interested partieshave three (3) days including this publication date of the Synopsis/RFQ to submit theirproposal to the undersigned at the Internet Address or fax number listed below. Alluploaded attachments must be completed and are considered a part of the RFQ. It is thevendors responsibility to monitor this site for the release of solicitation amendments(if any). Responses received without the required information will be considerednon-responsive to the Synopsis/RFQ. Oral communications are not acceptable in response tothis Synopsis/RFQ.
