- This is a Sources Sought for Market Research Purposes Only. The VA VISN 2 Upstate New York Healthcare System is issuing a Sources Sought to determine if there are any Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Small Businesses (SB) that can provide Quatrex Corporation's Staff Anyware software system and supporting training and maintenance or "an equal" product that is equal in quality, function, and compatibility. An "or equal" product must be compatible and fully functional with VA VistA architecture. ***Manufacturer is Swarovski or equal- FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal The following products/ services are required: 1.Product Number- SA1285Pk: Quatrex Corp Staff Anyware 2012 "or equal" - Cache based staff scheduling and resource management software. Server and 85 client application licenses. Includes first year support and maintenance. VAMC VISN 2 Site Databases: a)Albany b)Canandaigua c)Buffalo d)Syracuse e)Bath 2.Product Number- SA1285Pk Year 2 Maintenance Server Support/Maintenance User license support/maintenance 3. Data Uploads: Initial personnel data upload through PAID files to central server Initial Upload for "First Facility" Additional Uploads per Location Database: Continuous/ongoing PAID personnel data to Staff Anyware Upload of VistA scheduling data to Staff Anyware scheduling data (using VistA Fileman option) Utilized at the VA Marion/Ft. Wayne IN locations through Fileman option set up by IRM staff Initial Upload for "First Facility" Upload per Location Database Continuous/ongoing VistA scheduling data to Staff Anyware VistA annual leave (requests) data to Staff Anyware Request Grid To be utilized through Fileman option and requires no IRM support after the initial set up Initial Upload for "First Facility" Upload per Location Database Continuous ongoing VistA annual leave (requests) data to Staff Anyware Request Grid Upload of Staff Anyware scheduling data to VistA To be utilized through Fileman option and requires no IRM support after the initial set up Initial Upload for "First Facility" Annual support for continuous ongoing Staff Anyware scheduling data to VistA All work shall be completed at Government Furnished Facility located at Syracuse, Buffalo, and Albany, Canandaigua, and Bath New York. The Government anticipates this requirement will result in the release of a solicitation totally set-aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541512.
