Description
This requirement is for NSNs 6695-01-152-3606 and 6695-01-159-2618, Transducer, Motional Pickup. NSN 6695-01-152-3606 is identified by Drawing NR 1X4F3 AMSCBDOC dated 03/07/07 with approved source of supply Kavlico Corporation, CAGE 22863 P/N GM 7064. NSN 6695-01-159-2618 is identified by Drawing NR 81873 84000338, Amend NR W, dated 02/18/88 with approved source of supply Kavlico Corporation, CAGE 22863, P/N GM6686-3. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The estimated annual quantity for NSN 6695-01-152-3606 is 48 each and 348 each for 6695-01-159-2618. The estimated annual quantity applies to the base year and each option year. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 124 days ARO for 6695-01-152-3606 and 202 days ARO for 6695-01-159-2618. FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. DLA Direct requirements only. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. Based upon market research, the Government is using the procedures contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreement Applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
