- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to renew GSA contract to Thomson Reuters(Tax & Accounting) Inc., 195 Broadway, New York, New York, 10007. Purchase of copyright supplements updates for legal treaties previously subscribed services for the field library core collections throughout the IRS offices in the CONUS and Hawaii. The delivery order period of performance shall be for 12 months in length. Award of this requirement shall be in accordance with FAR part 8.404, Use of Federal Supply Schedules (FSS). THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. NAICS: 511120 Periodical Publishers; However, all interested parties who identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, will be considered. No solicitation shall be issued, therefore, all requests for the solicitation will be considered non-responsive. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is in sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via facsimile or e-mail within ten calendar days of the published date of this notice. Documents over ten (10) pages in total shall not be accepted via facsimile. Verification of receipt of fax and e-mail transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. All Treasury contractors are required to register in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receipt of award. If no responses are received, an award shall be made to Thomson Reuters (Tax & Accounting) Inc.
