Description

Informational Notice to Solicitation Notice to potential offerors for FedRelay 2012: Regarding the Submission of a Small Business Subcontracting Plan, there are three (3) versions of a subcontracting plan, those being 1) a Commercial plan, 2) a Master Plan and 3) an Individual Plan. The commercial plan provides some latitude, as it encompasses the entire production of commercial items. The key issue is that the goals are recognized, and a good faith effort to achieve those goals is made. The individual plan must address the base period and a separate section for options. One of these three versions of a Subcontracting plan must be submitted with the proposal. See FAR 52.219-9 for additional guidance. No response is required as a result of this amendment. The due date is not changed as a result of this amendment and remains April 30, 2012 at 4:00 PM EDT.
