The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: East Lansing, MI Delineated Area: Within the following delineated area: North: I-69 South: I-96 East: Meridian Road, Haslett Road, Shoeman Road, Woodbury Road West: US-127 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,800 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,800 ABOA SF (3,220 RSF) Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 8 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 8 (structured preferred) Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Office space must be contiguous on a single floor and have potential for efficient layout in a professional office setting. Space located above the ground floor is preferred. A total of 8 parking spaces are required on-site. Structured parking is preferred. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Energy Star, and Fire, Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers.
