- Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) the Fargo VA Health Care System intends to issue a firm-fixed sole source purchase order to American Purchasing Services, Inc. d/b/a American Medical Depot (AMD) in the amount of $26,388.00 for Stryker Radiofrequency Generator and associated attachments. AMD is the sole distributor of Stryker equipment. The equipment being purchased consists of: 0406-900-000 - RF Multigen 0406-900-100 - Multigen cable 0406-815-010 - 100MM Monop Nitinol Electrode 0406-815-015 - 150MM Monop Nitinol Electrode This notice is not a request for quotes and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed agreement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received no later than 12:00 PM CST on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 to Christopher.Volk@va.gov. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
