- Companies that intend to submit a proposal for SAQMMA-12-R-0012 and meet the requirement of holding a current TS Facilities Clearance may request by email a CD-R containing photos taken by Baghdad Facilities Management staff during the recent Site Survey. These photos are considered Sensitive But Unclassified/For Official Use Only. One disk each per company will be mailed out. Instructions enclosed will require the company not to copy, distribute or post any photos from this disk without written permission of the Department of State. Requests for the disk should be received not later than May 1, 2012. To request a disk, email your request to Don Schlienz Contracting Officer, A/LM/AQM/IT/NEA-SPT schlienzdf@state.gov If we do not have your TS Facilities Clearance on file, we may request you submit the appropriate information to Diplomatic Security for approval.
