- Department of Labor Wage Determination GA203 THIS AMENDMENT TO THE SOLICITATION IS TO ADD THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WAGE DETERMINATION FOR CONSTRUCTION WHICH WAS INADVERTENTLY LEFT OUT. THE WDOL NUMBER IS GA203 WITH AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF 01/06/2012. This is the solicitation for repair/replace the roof on Building 321. Contractor shall provide all supervision, administration, management, plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to remove and replace the existing roof on building 321 on Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. This acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside for HUBzone Certified Contractors only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160. To be eligible for award contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov under the applicable NAICS code. Contractors must also submit their representation and certifications at the online representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.gov. The rough order of Magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This range does not necessarily reflect the proximity of the actual estimated cost.
